The Diverse Representation Entertainment Career Summit is the first-of-its-kind event, specifically geared towards exposing Black professionals and Black students to various career opportunities in the entertainment industry. The event features recruiters, executives, and human resource professionals from an array of studios, networks, production companies, and more. Speakers will share insight into various career opportunities as well as strategies and best practices for securing roles in the entertainment industry. 

"Diverse Representation & its Entertainment Career Summit is a great resource for aspiring entertainment professionals who may have the talent and passion necessary to thrive in the industry but lack the connections to get their feet in the door. While I attended the Summit as a recent graduate in January 2023, I was determined to leave with job leads but ended up with so much more.

After networking with many amazing people and listening to insightful panels, I went home inspired, energized, and hopeful for my future. Two weeks after the Summit I received a job offer from William Morris Endeavor (WME) to enter their mailroom. I landed a deck in the Voice Over & Brand Partnerships department shortly after. None of this would have happened had I not gone to the Summit and connected with a lovely woman who works in HR and connected me to other recruiters. I can't wait to attend the Summit in the future and help other young people land their first or next entertainment job."
