Bryan Jablonski Johnson is a media leader and enterprise strategist with more than 20 years of experience at Paramount. As Senior Manager of Accessibility Strategy & Operations, he leads cross-functional initiatives spanning media operations, regulatory compliance, and organizational strategy across news, sports, and entertainment. Bryan is also the founder of The Executive Backlot, an emerging executive coaching and leadership advisory venture focused on helping professionals and organizations navigate career transitions, organizational transformation, and the evolving media landscape. He holds an International Executive MBA from Brown University and IE Business School and a Master of Science in Global Affairs from New York University. He is currently pursuing Brown University's Leadership and Performance Coaching Certification. His leadership development experience includes Coro Leadership New York, ExperienceBain, and the Pat Tillman Foundation. Passionate about mentorship and expanding access to leadership opportunities, Bryan has supported veterans through Paramount's Veterans Network and served as an advisor to Brown University's military-affiliated community. He is also a recipient of the Big Impact Award from Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York City.
