Douglas has spent her career on both sides of the hiring table and she uses that vantage point to help people take control of their own. Her background includes senior talent acquisition roles at Paramount (MTV, VH1, CBS, Nickelodeon) and BET Networks, where she most recently served as Director of Talent Acquisition. She's sat in the rooms where hiring and promotion decisions get made, and built her business to pull back the curtain on what actually works. Through 3DHR Consulting, Debbie coaches professionals through every stage of their career journey — resume strategy, interview readiness, promotion positioning, and self-advocacy. Through 3DHR Media Staffing Solutions, she connects top talent with the right opportunities, applying the same insider standards she held as a corporate recruiter.

Debbie is the author of “Now What?, 12 Strategies To Landing The Career You’ll Love, Not Tolerate” and the “Promotion Playbook”-,a guide to position professionals for promotions and holds a Master's in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's in Social Work.
