Lieto started her recruiting career at staffing firms, working with various clients and recruiting for positions across tech, HR, creative, marketing, and fashion. Driven by a desire to move in-house, she secured a contract recruiter role at Lionsgate before transitioning into a full-time position at STARZ. She has now been at STARZ for a little over 3 years recruiting for all roles outside of technology ranging from assistant level to VP level, managing the internship program, as well as the contingent labor process. Outside of recruiting, Lieto enjoys playing soccer, boxing, volunteering, going to the beach, and annoying friends and family by frequently responding with, “I’ve already seen that movie/show.”
