Rabia Abedin is a talent acquisition leader with more than a decade of experience across the entertainment and media industry. She currently serves as Sr. Manager of Early Career Programs & Outreach at DreamWorks Animation, part of NBCUniversal Entertainment, where she leads talent programs and partnerships focused on building and developing the next generation of creative talent.

Previously, Rabia spent six years at The Walt Disney Company, where she held roles across human resources and talent acquisition, with experience spanning strategic hiring, employer branding, and talent development.

A Los Angeles native, Rabia earned her Bachelor's in English and Business from UC Irvine and her Master of Public Administration from USC.
