Sahara Bushue is a creative development and production leader with 15+ years of experience building unscripted, live, and interactive content for global streaming, broadcast, and digital platforms. She built her career from the NBC Page Program to senior leadership roles at NBCUniversal, Westbrook Inc., and most recently Netflix. At NBC, she developed and executed hit series including America's Got Talent, The Sing-Off, Little Big Shots, World of Dance, Game of Games, and Hollywood Game Night. She then became Head of Unscripted Studios at Westbrook Inc., led by Will and Jada Pinkett-Smith. At Westbrook, Sahara oversaw leading premium documentaries such as African Queens on Netflix and Pole to Pole on NatGeo. Sahara most recently served as Director, Unscripted Series at Netflix, where she led unscripted live programming and large-scale formats, overseeing the return of Rhythm & Flow, the launch of Building the Band, Kevin Hart: Funny AF, and The Golden Ticket. Her live slate also included The Actor Awards, Skyscraper LIVE, and BTS: The Comeback LIVE. She was named to The Hollywood Reporter's Next Gen 2018 and Realscreen's 2023 Factual Rising Stars.
